How often will we meet?
Participants will meet every Monday through Friday for one hour during the four-week program. All participants will be expected to arrive on time. Camp starts at 5:30 AM and 8:30am.
Starting in March Virginia Beach Boot Camp will open there Night Camps. Starting March 22nd, this program will meet Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights at Mt. Trashmore Park.

What do I need to bring?
An exercise mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs.), water bottle, running shoes, and a sense of adventure. You can purchase hand weights at any (Dick's Sporting Goods, Wal-Mart and Target).
What can I achieve from camp?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence making a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. The boot camp program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and increase stamina. By losing fat and gaining muscle, you'll lose inches and gain strength while looking and feeling better. Also, you'll meet great people who share in the same vision of striving to reach their goals for a healthier mind and body. You'll receive FREE nutrition information/meal plans and e-mails for extra motivation and support.

You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical and mental well-being. In addition, you will meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind. You will be finished with your training before the rest of the world has even gotten started!
What is the cost (investment in myself)?
Each four-week boot camp has a registration fee of $299. That's twenty hours of instruction! You can look forward to before and after assessments (done the 1st wk of camp), specific nutrition information/meal plans and motivational e-mails! It averages out to just $14.95 per hour. Where else can you get premiere or cutting edge fitness instruction for that incredible price? Your Adventure Boot Camp coaches typically charge $80 to $130 per hour for their services - this is a great opportunity to receive motivating fitness instruction by a certified advanced personal trainers for just a fraction of the cost.
Other options:
The Adventure Boot Camp program has proven to provide its campers with dramatic improvements. 5 days per week is hands down the best choice if you want to experience the best results. However, there is a 3 day per week option which is ideal if you already have morning commitments or you are just beginning.
You can also choose to come three days per week for a discount of $100. Total cost is just $199. Note: Even greater results occur when you enroll in the full 5-day per week program. We are now accepting pre-registration for the next camp. You will get your pre-camp evaluation by your coach during during the first week. Only fully paid boot campers will receive assessments. An assessment sign up form will be sent by e-mail during the first week of camp.
